PPW offers the premium products on the market and extends the industry’s best warranty to go with it. Each set of PPW tie rods come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.  If for any reason the bar should bend or break, we will send you a replacement part free of charge. Whether you pile it up or your buddy took it for that ever-so-innocent test ride, we’ve got you covered.

*Lifetime warranty does not include tie rod ends, ball and sockets, or boots.

ON ROAD
Warranty: All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship at the time of sale. Sound or tone is not a warrantable/returnable issue. The products are guaranteed to fit and perform on their intended applications, provided the vehicle has not been modified* or suffered structural damage. When a shipment is received damaged; the consumer must contact the carrier to start a damage claim. All warranty claims must have a return authorization and will be reviewed by our claims team. At this point, it is our option to repair or replace the component. PPW reserves the right to replace any product that has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and functionality. Under no circumstances shall the warranty be transferable or assignable. Any and all costs to remove and/or replace a warranted product are not covered by this warranty, including the shipment to and from PPW for the replacement. Also loss of vehicle, rentals or towing is not covered. Other than the warranty described above, all PPW products are sold “AS IS” and no other warranty is implied. At any time, the terms of this warranty are severable.

ON SNOW
RETURNS:We don't accept used or abused gear but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements. 
Exchanges:To exchange your new and unused item for something else, simply file a RETURN REQUEST with Ebay and let us know what you would like instead.

The Fine Print

  • All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. We will ship items back to you if they arrive used or abused.


STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED ITEMS.

All products and parts are inspected before shipment. All items are shipped insured. If you receive a damaged part, you must notify carrier (FedEx 1-800-GO-FEDEX, or USPS 1-800-275-8777) of damage. They will contact Performance Products Warehouse and we will replace.

All new items are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at Performance Products Warehouse are considered final.

Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. All returned parts must be in new condition in their original packaging. Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Performance Products Warehouse will be deducted from any refund issued.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please insure & including tracking for all returns in case they get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Please Note: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, refused packages can take up to 18 days to be processed.

Problems with order: Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt also.

Order Cancellation: Performance Products Warehouse will make every effort to cancel or change your order however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request; if your order or part of your order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you need an item before buying.

*Modifying the design or function, or subjecting this product to abuse, misuse, mishandling or unauthorized repair voids all aspects of the warranty or return policy.

All PPW products are warrantied to the original purchaser.

How to make a warranty claim?
All warranties MUST have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Also, we cannot ship a new product until the warranty item has been inspected by a PPW employee.

1. Go to www.ppwcolorado.com.  At the top of the page click Customer Care.
2. Complete the form to obtain an RGA number or call 614.806.8109 for assistance.
3. Provide proof of purchase.
4. Provide proof of breakage. This should be done by returning the item to:

5. Write the RGA number on the box. Also include the RGA number, proof of purchase and any notes in the box.
6. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the item to PPW and we will pay to ship it back.
7. PPW will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving the broken item.
